Kane, an unused substitute in the 6-4 win over France for third place, praised Tuchel’s environment as the best he has seen.

Kane admitted the team fell short but highlighted the togetherness Tuchel has built since replacing Gareth Southgate in 2025. “It’s his first major tournament,” Kane said. “He’ll learn a lot from the players, the situations, the pressures, the travel.”
