How to make parallel bars for pilates, to achieve it in a more comfortable and simple way we are going to build our own parallel bars. A tool that will be very useful if we practice pilates.
Step 1
First we cut two wooden rectangles with the jigsaw.
Step 2
We glue them together with white glue and wait for it to dry.
Step 3
Next we place a template with the desired shape and mark it.
Step 4
We cut out the pieces with a special blade for curved cuts.
Step 5
In the upper vertex we make a hole using the drill and a spade bit.
Step 6
And once we have built two exactly identical pieces we sand them.
Step 7
Now we join them with a wooden bar in the center. To do this, we glue the holes that we made before and insert the bar.
Step 8
We wait for the glue to dry well and stick some self-adhesive protectors on the base.
Step 9
Following the same process we make the pair of this parallel and we can now release them. One in each hand, well supported on the floor, and work body and mind. If you practice pilates they will become inseparable companions.
