OP shifted from chef work to sommelier work, being an executive manager at a restaurant. The restaurant’s wine was affordable there it was the place where many workers came frequently.

One day OP was enjoying his food while dong some paperwork, the server was serving everyone on time and was doing a good job overall.

Six people come into the restaurant and do not wait to get seated as per the sign. They take up a lot of space and start talking about the house wine.
