Step 1: Preparing the oak pieces

I bought oak wood 2×2 cm for a length of 150 cm, I cut them randomly from pieces 2 cm long and at least 8 cm…

It took me a total of 180 meters of oak wood, after cutting each piece I sanded all the edges halfway...

I needed a total of a week of gaps with my dad to have enough pieces to start and classify everything into different buckets...

While the work was in progress I still had to make a few more pieces.

Step 2: Building the Parts for the Window Coverings for the Wooden Bathroom

I started to build a small frame where I can glue a ligne hole once, after one line was hard, I glued it on a plywood plate, the plate was already cut to fix...

And I hit, hit and hit...

I placed the pieces randomly to get a nice 3D look.

Step 3: Finished Window Parts

To be sure they don't break or fall off, I wanted to be so safe that I drilled a hole and a screw in each piece on the back...

A huge waste of time but I really wanted to ensure that even if the wood cracks the entire piece.

The wood stays in place... I also reinforced the purchase using some angles.

Step 4: Bathroom and Sink

I bought the cabinet at ikea and mounted it on a sheet of plywood, I cut the back because I needed room to get to the outlet and the main water supply...

The same job... Pasting again and again...

I added 4 mirrors and placed them on the plywood with an oak wood frame... For transportation, I chose to do it in 2 parts because it was going to be very heavy.

Step 5: Finish

I still have to set up the faucet... But I think this project is done for now... There is still a lot to do around the house 🙂
