Always adopt, never shop.
I know a lot of people love saying this statement but most of us also believe in it. I understand that getting a pet because they looked adorable in the window shop was pretty normal but that is not how things should be done. I mean, there are so many animals out there looking for a lovely home and they are basically stuck in shelters while people go out and buy expensive breeds. I know that some people buy pets because they want a specific breed but in that case, they should go to a respectable breeder, one that does not harm animals.
I have heard so many stories of unethical breeders and what happens behind the pet shop facade that it has made me a little bit suspicious but that is for good reason. After all, we are talking about living beings that deserve all the love in the world. However, we are not here to talk about this stuff and ruin your mood, we are actually here to share pictures of some adorable kitties who recently got adopted.
So if you want wholesome kitty content, you have come to the right place. Just scroll below to take a look for yourself and enjoy.
#1 Just look at how much cats can grow in only one year.

Well it’s been just over a year since we first got this sweet bundle of love and i figured it was time to post an update of our time together.
#2 Some kitties just love snuggling up with things.

Put a blanket on my new cat (I met her last week) and I think she likes it. Her name is Maple!
#3 Leia looks like she got caught doing something that she shouldn’t have been doing in the first place.

So I adopted Leia a little under a month ago, she’s 3 and she doesn’t like cuddling and I’m just confused but the only other cat I had was my brother’s for 15 years and was old and loved cuddling. Is this a behavior she might learn as she grows and becomes more comfortable?
#4 This adorable kitty was adopted a day ago and she is already so comfortable.

#5 This little cutie is called Wallace and he is making my heart melt.

This is Wallace! A coworker found a bunch of kittens that were left in a culvert so we adopted the “mean” one. He looks to be about four weeks old so we’re bottle feeding him KMR until he’s old enough to wean.
#6 There are no cats here, just three black holes.

#7 I always adore multi-colored kitties.

#8 This is Muffin and she wants a treat right now.

#9 This kitty is named Orea and the rainbow strip looks fabulous.

#10 This kitty just wants to take a good selfie.

#11 This ginger kitty got adopted by a loving family today.

#12 I am pretty sure this kitten might be scared of heights judging by the look on his face.

#13 Kittens who fight together, live together.

My partner and I have decided to adopt our first bonded pair of kittens because we didn’t want to separate them. I’m so excited!
#14 Are we sure this is a cat and not a bear?

Pickles the 21lbs and 40 inches long cat that was adopted in Boston last month.
#15 Senior cats deserve loving homes as well.

#16 We all love it when cats have bleps here.

Adopted her yesterday, known of her for 2 years but never knew she had a blep.
#17 Meet Poppet and Widget, they will steal your heart in seconds.

And extra bonus: cat tax!

This is Benno and isn’t he just adorable?
