A shelter in Indiana started to overrun by cats and kittens so the Muncie Animal Care & Services and the Muncie Police Department decided to join hands for a noble cause. Usually, NGOs offer financial help to such shelters but it is unusual to see a police department coming up with such an amazing idea. They took this great initiative and announced that people could either pay for the cat supplies or get them the cat supplies instead of paying the parking ticket fee.
