Removable Heater

Build the support for the aluminum sheet using fir beadboard, making three 2 cm holes on the short sides. Screw the sheet in place, and on the inner face, attach the three foil heaters with adhesive side, connected in series (1) to achieve a surface temperature of about 30°C. A safety thermostat with a bulb probe opens the circuit if it exceeds 32°C. The aluminum sheet is connected to the yellow-green protective conductor in the power cable for grounding (2). The bottom of the heater is closed with a masonite panel. The power consumption is about 30-40 W. The watertightness of the entire heater and electrical parts must be carefully ensured; magnetothermic and differential (residual-current) protection is also guaranteed.
