I'd been eyeing a security camera/floodlight, researching various brands. Kept coming across this one in YouTube videos and was impressed by its 24/7 recording and 360 tracking capabilities. I thought, "Well, can't be that good," but even if it's close, I'll be happy. So, I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived quickly, and installation was a breeze since I already had a floodlight; no need to change any wiring. Installed a 128GB micro card.
Now, this thing is fantastic.It alerts me if a human is near my door, records 24/7 without a subscription, and I can access it anytime.The video quality is amazing, far beyond my expectations. I'm considering ordering the home base for extra storage and enhanced AI since the 128GB card in the monitor holds days' worth.
The one thing I was worried about with other tracking cameras was the noise when the camera moves around. Nope, can't hear it at all when it rotates and tracks. The light is very bright at 100%; I had to turn it down a bit. Luckily, in the app, there's a slider to adjust brightness.

SD card recording isnt supported yet but the recording to homebase works great.
Pros:24/7 recording, video quality, AI detection, and no monthly subscription fee.
Cons:When setting up the cameras there is an SD card slot in the back. If you insert an SD card the camera won't function. I thought the SD card would be for recording backup if the connection to the home base failed. Turns out Eufy hasnt yet added the feature. Support was great to help me with this and explain the reasons for the decision to use Home base. Great experience from eufy.
