It is a chronograph with a look that clearly evokes the world of motorsports. Its carbon dial is clearly reminiscent of the cars that make up the Porsche GT team, combining the characteristic matte black color with red, gray and white. Similarly, the alternating red and white stripes on the circuit boards have inspired the design of the seconds function, which appears at 9 o'clock.
Also, the Porsche 911 RSR engine, a sample of high performance, has inspired the revolutionary mechanism of theMonobloc Actuator Chronotimer Flyback Limited Edition: The usual push-buttons on the side of the case that activate and stop the chronograph functions have been replaced by a single shift lever, integrated into the case that starts the chronograph functions. An ultra-precise, reliable and well-sealed system, watertight up to 10 bars.
Its heart beats at 4 Hz, thanks to the Werk 01.200 automatic movement integrated into its 45.5 mm titanium case. The COSC-certified chronograph caliber is ultra-precise, like automobiles developed by Porsche engineering, and features a flyback function. With a lightweight design, it features an openwork barrel bridge that reveals the gear train. In turn, the rotor charging system has been optimized, which can be seen through the sapphire crystal caseback and is coated with black PVD with tungsten mass, a material that guarantees efficient charging.
Finally, its sporting automotive spirit is also reflected in the rubber strap with Alcantara applications, a material that is also found inside the 911 RSR to ensure optimal grip. In this way, the strap offers maximum comfort, thanks to the LaserFlex structure.
