Paneraihas just launched one of its latest novelties, theLuminor Marina 1950 3 Days Automatic Acciaio, preserving the classic design of its dial and case, but in this case with an innovative steel bracelet.

Indeed, the novelty is found in the new bracelet whose links present a design that recalls that of the one that the company launched for the first time in 1999. Each link is inspired by the design of the device that protects the crown itself and is reminiscent of the characteristic bridge, and they are joined together without screws to form a comfortable, flexible and very ergonomic bracelet. In addition, its finish, which combines polished and satin aspects, gives it a sporty and sophisticated touch.
This new version is still solid and robust, but it has significantly gained in lightness compared to the models thatPaneraihas been presented to date, thanks to the composition of the new AISI 316L stainless steel bracelet, which has also been used for the case with a satin finish and polished bezel, which is also very light thanks to its automatic caliber P.9010, it is only 6 mm thick. The movement is visible, as it has a sapphire crystal back.

It offers a power reserve of three days and the string is loaded with a bidirectional oscillating weight. It has a device that brakes the steering wheel by synchronizing the watch and the system to quickly adjust the hour hand, which can move forward or backward without interfering with the operation of the second hand, a function that facilitates changing the time or time zones and also the date, located at 3 o'clock.
The sphere of the newLuminor Marina 1950 3 Days Automatic AcciaioIt is black, as is usually common in these watchesPanerai, with large beige luminescent indexes and a seconds hand at 9 o'clock with a small blue hand. The structure of the sphere is sandwich type and provides great visibility at night and underwater. Watertightness is guaranteed up to 10 bar (about 100 meters deep) for the model with a 42 mm diameter case (PAM00722) and up to 30 bar for the 44 mm model (PAM00723).
The innovative steel bracelet featured on this model is also available separately and is compatible with the Luminor 1950 case of models with P.9010 movement. On the other hand, it is also possible to change it for another strap, thanks to the patented system byPaneraiIt has a small push button located under the handle and a special tool that makes changing it quick and easy.
