S'mores are a classic for camping, barbecues, and outdoor gatherings in the United States. This amazing treat consists of a sweet sandwich made of two crackers filled with marshmallow, toasted over a flame, and topped with an ounce of chocolate that melts from the heat.

The traditional way to make s'mores is by toasting the marshmallows over a fire, which is how they're prepared when camping. But to make them at home, let's toast the marshmallows in the oven, although you could also toast them in an air fryer.
The most typical s'mores recipe is made with graham crackers, which are thin and crispy, but if you can't find them, digestive biscuits work perfectly well.

How to make S'mores Cakes: Step-by-step
We start by preheating the oven to 200ºC with the grill on top.Meanwhile, we put parchment paper on a baking tray and place 10 cookies on the tray.On top of the cookies, we put 10 large white clouds and place them in the oven at medium height. As soon as it comes out of the oven, we put 10 ounces of dark chocolate on the clouds and close with the other 10 remaining cookies.With the heat of the cloud the chocolate will melt immediately.We serve the s'mores warm, to enjoy all their textures while they are freshly made.
