The ultra-precise quartz chronograph movement (+/- 10 s/year) offers timekeeping functions at 60 seconds, 30 minutes and 1/10 of a second (real time and visible during the first minute).
The dial design has always been a distinctive element of the lineCERTINA DS Podium. The new watch, which comes in two more versions in steel and silver, deepens the marked play of contrasts between the black surface of the dial and the large rose gold PVD hands, indexes and numerals. The use of a brown leather strap provides additional contrast with the anthracite stitching, with a style reminiscent of explorers' watches. The strap closure and pushers are also black PVD coated. The Superluminova treatment on the hour and minute hands ensures easy reading while performing any sporting activity.
The new chronograph is assembled using the famous double security system, as evidenced by the presence of the initials “DS” at the tip of the protected crown. And as a detail of the house, we find the CERTINA emblem, the turtle, in relief on the caseback.
