I'm quite pleased with my decision to purchase this bike. Like many others, I opted for this bike because I couldn't access a gym due to the pandemic. After carefully considering my options, I chose this one primarily based on the positive reviews. While I'm not an avid cyclist and don't participate in spin classes like SoulCycle, it was crucial for me to have a workout option that offered high intensity. Additionally, living in an upstairs apartment, I needed a bike that operated quietly.

I ordered the bike on a Sunday and it arrived on the following Friday, just as promised. Although it wasn't shipped until Wednesday, I was initially concerned, but thankfully it arrived on time via UPS. The delivery personnel even brought it up a flight of stairs, which was a relief. Following someone else's suggestion, we kept the box upright while unpacking the bike. Although I didn't want to tear the box, it turned out to be the easiest way to remove the bike while keeping it in an upright position. 

Assembling the bike didn't take much time, but the instructions were clearly written by a non-native English speaker. The numbers in the instructions didn't match the corresponding parts, so I recommend relying on the pictures and using common sense. You may have a few spare pieces left, such as a screw, washer, and bolt. I had no trouble riding the bike and easily worked up a sweat on higher intensity settings. I've already ridden it twice for 45 minutes each time. The seat may be uncomfortable initially, but once you find a comfortable position, you should get used to it.

Our granddaughter has been receiving physical therapy for juvenile arthritis, and my daughter wanted to find something that she could use at home in addition to her therapy sessions. Assembling the bike was relatively easy, although the instructions were a bit difficult to read due to the small print. Nonetheless, our granddaughter was able to do most of the assembly herself, with me guiding her and holding the parts. All the necessary tools were included, which was convenient. 

Once assembled, our granddaughter couldn't wait to try it out. She found it easy to pedal, especially on the easy setting, and had no trouble using the hand and foot resistant bands. She even mentioned that the machine felt similar to the ones she uses during her physical therapy sessions, which is a good sign. The bike can be folded up to a standing position, and it doesn't require leaning against anything for support. Although it's not something a 9-year-old can fold up, this demonstrates its sturdiness. There are several adjustments that can be made to change the height, angle and tension, so it can be used by the entire family.

They now have it in their house and my granddaughter is using it on a regular basis without being told to do so. She said it is so much fun, while giving her the physical therapy that will hopefully help her to get out of pain in the future. The positives I have to sum up are quality construction, ease of assembly, adjustable to different size users, very comfortable seat, adjustable tension, an LCD display monitor that gives a lot of information regarding the workout, very quiet operation, and an unbelievable value for what I paid for it. I have no negatives at all.

It's rock solid on our carpet, and standing up from the seat is easy with two sets of handles and overall stability.

        The resistance range is from almost 0 to more than I can handle now. Smooth action at my level and even when my son increased the resistance significantly. The cycling is silent. The comfortable seat and backrest made me add a small pillow for extra cushion. I also attached c-clamps to the front handle for an iPad shelf.
