Very solid unit and I like it much better than the other brand camera that I am replacing.
Great picture quality (for 1080p), totally silent motor operation, great mounting options. I'm also impressed with the phone app (especially compared to my previous one’s software) - haven't tried the desktop version yet, but expect it to be the same. I'd been eyeing a security camera/floodlight, researching various brands.
Kept coming across this one in YouTube videos and was impressed by its 24/7 recording and 360 tracking capabilities. I thought, "Well, can't be that good," but even if it's close, I'll be happy. So, I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived quickly, and installation was a breeze since I already had a floodlight; no need to change any wiring. Installed a 128GB micro card.
Now, this thing is fantastic. It alerts me if a human is near my door, records 24/7 without a subscription, and I can access it anytime. The video quality is amazing, far beyond my expectations. I decided to try out this Reolinnk Trackmix Security Camera with Pan Tilt, Auto Tracking, and 6X Hybrid Zoom.
I needed to monitor a remote property gate. I was so impressed with its performance that I ordered another one for a different location.
I really like that I can choose whether the white light or siren comes on and that the camera can differentiate between people, vehicles, and pets for accurate alerts. I recently purchased a 7 camera POE security system with NVR and Doorbells, as well as three more solar/battery powered TrackMix cameras.
Although I accidentally ordered the TrackMix without solar panels, the customer service quickly resolved the issue and sent me the missing ones overnight.
It would be great if geofencing could be added to the app notifications in the future, so that it doesn't alert me when I'm personally going through the gate repeatedly. Additionally, receiving a thumbnail image of the detected motion along with the text alert on my iWatch would be helpful in determining if I need to view the full video. Overall, it's a fantastic product for the price.

I bought this camera to enhance backyard security. Very easy to set up, as the system literally tells you every step.
It seems to get less of a wifi signal than some cameras that are further away from the router, but the picture is very good and there is no problem monitoring from anywhere via the Ring app. My little tip: charge it for about a day first and then mount it. It works great! My dogs keep triggering the motion alert though Lol, I may need to do some setting. The solar panel maintains the charge of the supplied battery pretty well.

My experience with Eufy cameras has been a mix of love and frustration.
On the positive side, I really appreciate the solar panel feature of this model. It allows me to place the camera anywhere within wifi range. I also own Eufy Floodlight cameras, which are absolutely great until you tame the app. Firmware update always save the day to restore functionalities.
As for the current camera, it has generally performed well, although there are occasional issues with the Eufy app not playing videos on my Android tablet and the app itself being slow to load. The picture quality is good, but the best part is the convenience of solar power, which makes adding a camera effortless.
While my main interest is monitoring wildlife and keeping an eye on our cats rather than security concerns, it's reassuring to be able to check in and see that everything is fine at home when we're away.

Recently ordered 2 of the Reolink Duo 2 Solar WiFi cameras and these are my first impressions after having installed them.
Overall, I am like the quality of these units and the solar charging option. It provides a very compact, integrated solution for remote video monitoring and the solar cell integration/connection is VERY nice, while keeping the battery fully charged as required.
I am using these for a nature related monitoring program and am pleasantly surprised of the very wide (appr. 180 degrees) field of view. Even though there is a LOT of information presented on the video, it is easy to zoom in and check the details of the information that is recorded. Since I am using these at a very remote location, I have all sensitivity maxed out for maximum logging of any movements.
There are some issues with sensitivity in extremeties, but since these are triggered by the passive infrared "PIR" it is understandable. Advantage of the PIR is that at night time, a lot of flying bugs don't trigger the camera recordings, unless you use enable the night time LED light option.
BTW, the units correctly identify car, person and "pet/animal" movement, which is nice when you get messages on your cell, stating what type of object it identified in the area of interest.
I have the 256Gb memory chip installed and even though you can download upon demand any recordings, I set the cameras up so that any detected movement automatically are being sent with video attached to an email account for safekeeping, in case the remote wifi's are pilfered.
SHORTCOMING
1 drawback of these units is that there is only 1 (admin) login account for these cameras.
So in case you need to share the information of the cameras, you end up giving complete access to the users you share the cam with. NOT NICE. Hope Reolink fixes this REAL QUICK in upcoming firmware release. Any additional user can change any setting on the cameras and actually disable the camera if they don't know the ins & outs of what they are doing.
Additional users should be only allowed as "observers". All-in-all, happily impressed with these units and looking forward to the future firmware upgrades, for additional features.

This is a camera that just works, and the package arrived as scheduled.
The housing of the camera is pretty sturdy. I ran into difficulties setting up the camera so I called tech support and a human actually answered the phone and walked me through the setup process. As it turned out, I just entered the wrong password for my wifi. After I entered the correct wifi password, the setup was very quick and easy.
After mounting the camera on the house, I had a lot of fun testing and playing around with it. It had more features than I had expected and the features work well.
Here are the features that work very well.
- The panning is smooth.
- The night vision and the flood light features both work great at night.
- The solar panel charges the camera battery reliably.
- The standard definition and high definition pictures both look good in color.
- The 2-way communication between the phone and the camera works surprising well.
- The phone app is intuitive.
- The intrusion alerts offer many settings to help configure the sensitivity and frequency. It has a human detection setting that helps avoid false triggers. Or you could just turn the intrusion alert off
- If you want, the camera can also play a list of prerecorded alarm/message to the person detected to either alert him that he is being watched (or welcomed or whatever you want custom message you record)
- From anywhere in the world with an internet connection, you can monitor multiple cameras at different locations on different wifi networks.
Here are some nit-picky downsides to this camera.
- Sometimes I notice a 1/2 second lag in the video stream. But this could be caused by my wifi network, so it may not be the camera's fault. But a 1/2 second lag occasionally is not a big deal.
- You can monitor the camera only from a phone. It is not possible to monitor it from a PC. But you can get around this limitation by hooking your phone up to a TV or monitor.
- Voice recordings in HD can be choppy. So I opt to record in standard definition and only switch over to HD only when I really need it.
I’m very pleased with this system overall, that’s money well spent.

I bought this camera for our lake house so that I could monitor the property while we are away.
I mounted the unit on a tree so that I could position the included solar panel to receive the maximum sunlight available and pan the unit 180 degrees to see most everything that I wanted to monitor. The camera is equipped with motion detection, zoom, and alert options, microphone and speaker capability, as well as a siren feature to fend off intruders.
The set up and wifi connection instructions were detailed, yet easy to follow. The entire process, including mounting, took about 20 minutes. I Like easy and this was as easy as it gets. As you can see from the pictures, the resolution and quality is excellent. And, as you can see, even in single digit temperatures and considerable snow, the unit rotated and performed flawlessly as I panned the property to provide these photos.
The unit also has excellent quality night vision resolution. Additionally, even in inclement weather, the solar panel keeps the unit fully charged according to the power monitor visible at all times. I couldn't be happier with the product especially at this price point. I will likely be buying another two units at some point.
