In 2018,Audemars Piguet celebrates the 25th Anniversary of the Royal Oak Offshorewith three new versions of this model that was released for the first time in 1993.
The manufacture wanted to present these three new versions of the iconic sports watch at the preSIHH event: a reissue of theRoyal Oak Offshore Selfwinding Chronographoriginal as well as a newRoyal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chronographin two versions, which come in two different colors, whose particularity is the presence of a contemporary design dial.
Since the presentation of the firstRoyal Oak OffshoreIn 1993, 120 references of the original model were manufactured but with different materials such as gold, titanium, steel and platinum.
Apart from the Royal Oak Offshore reissue,Audemars Piquetlaunches a special edition of 50 units of theRoyal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chronographabove (26388PO and 26288OR). It will be available in steel or 18-karat rose gold. The crown and pushers of these editions change metal and rubber for ceramic.
