The professionals of the German special units face risky operations where precision in measuring time is a crucial factor. Aware of this, the SINN watch brand has designed the UX S Combat Swimmer, a new German submarine steel timer intended for KSM (Kommando Spezialkräfte der Marine) missions.
This model has been developed by and for use by the Special Forces Command of the German Diving Navy. The development of this official watch is based on the technical mission requirements formulated in a tender of the Federal Office of the Bundeswehr Equipment, Information Technology and Service Support (BAAINBw). Of all the participating watch companies, Sinn Spezialuhren presented the requirements best. These include optimal readability under the most adverse lighting and water conditions, resistance to sea water, extreme durability and operation of the rotating bezel even while wearing gloves.
The Sinn Spezialuhren Mission Timer is specifically designed for those professional users for whom fast and accurate time measurement is crucial, especially in critical situations. HeUX S Combat SwimmerIt is, therefore, intended exclusively for use in specific missions and is therefore not available for sale to the public.
