The newA.Lange & Söhne 1815commemorates the opening of the brand's first boutique. This establishment opened its doors in Dresden 10 years ago and therefore the 1815 collection consists of 10 limited edition watches created in rose gold and white gold.
It should be noted that it has a hinged lid that contains a very special commemorative detail: an engraving of the Frauenkirche church in Dresden, since in 2007LangeHe opened the boutique in a location adjacent to it.

The Frauenkirche church is one of the city's landmark buildings. It dates back to the Baroque era and, restored between 1994 and 2005, reflects a great commitment to the origins of Saxon watchmaking. It should be noted that in this first boutique Ferdinand Adolph Lange worked as a watchmaker before creating his own factory in 1985 to make the most precise watches in the world.
El A.Lange & Söhne 1815It also commemorates the year of birth of the brand's founder, Ferdinand Adolph Lange, as does the solid gold hinged lid and the freehand engraving of the church that appears on it.
At first glance this new version is a classic 1815. It has a very well organized dial. The seconds hands and hands in a blue tone are reminiscent of the brand's old pocket watches. The 38.5 millimeters in diameter and 8.8 millimeters high case is made of white gold or rose gold that provide tradition and at the same time transition. The dial is made of solid silver, covered by a sapphire crystal with a hardness of 9 m.

It is made up of handmade details that make it much more special. The three-quarter decorative rib is constructed of untreated German silver. The gold settings are thermally fixed by screws in a blue tone. Two more elements, the steering wheel and the bridge, have been engraved by hand with great rigor and attention.
The hand-stitched alligator leather strap is available in reddish for the 1815 with a rose gold case and in black for the model with a white gold case. The buckle matches the color of the case. Regarding movement, theA.Lange & Söhne 1815It has a caliber from the Lange manufacture (L051.1) and the manual winding has a power reserve of 55 hours with all the winding.
