To celebrate the success ofWilliams Formula 1 driver Valtteri Bottas, Orishas created theWilliams Valtteri Bottas Limited Edition. A watch that shares the representative values ofFormula 1such as resistance, leadership and excellence.
Inspired by the classic Oris diving watch from 1965, the watch that marks Bottas's achievements is part of theOris Williams collection, presented in 2015. A collection that has been expanded in 2016 with a series of pieces with a NATO textile strap. Each piece of the line has been designed to reflect the power of speed and technology of theFormula 1.
ElWilliams Valtteri Bottas Limited Editionfeeds onOris Williams Chronograph Carbon Fiber Extreme. It features the same 44mm carbon fiber case patented byOrisand manufactured following a technique applied inFormula 1. The average weight of each watch is just 7.2 grams and they are individually handcrafted in Switzerland.
Additionally, the new model features a carbon fiber dial and a simplified rubber strap that reflects the aerodynamic design of acoche Williams F1. The caseback is made of titanium with black DLC coating and is engraved with the number 77 of Bottas' car and his name. The folding clasp is also made of titanium with black DLC coating.
Oris Williams Valtteri Bottas Limited EditionIt is an ultralight watch, limited to 770 pieces, designed for the wrist of an elite pilot.
