• Wooden pallet
• 1 in. Threaded Floor Flange
• 3/4 x 12 in. Steel Threaded Pipe
• 1x48 in threaded pipe
• 1x3/4 inch reducing elbow

• A handful of screws.
• 5 minute epoxy.
• A short 1x2 tube, but it doesn't really matter, almost any dimension will work

Procedure for creating a bicycle repair stand:

Step 1: Mount the flange

Screw the flange to the pallet. Mount in the middle of one of the outside boards.

Step 2: Screw the pipe

Assemble this L upside down from the pipe. Be sure to tighten the entire tube as much as possible so that its base is more secure.

Step 3: Cut Your Board and Drill the Seat Post Hole

Cut the 1x2 board into two 2.5-inch sections. Then, secure them and drill a hole (the size will depend on the diameter of your bike post) through them. Once you've drilled your hole, attach it on one side of your clamp to a piece of wood and do the same with the other.

Step 4: Place the clamps

Slide the adjusting part of the clamp, then screw the outer adjusting part.
