To make the base, pine plywood was collected and screwed on both sides.

After the support, more pieces of pine were implemented with pocket screws and wood glue.

Then pieces of pine wood were placed around the sides that would make up the book slots.

When the bottom was finished, the seat was created by gluing the plywood to the top.

With the screws and glue they join together...

When all the edges were done, pieces of plywood were cut and the sides were covered, where the books would go.

The project is taking shape and looks incredible!

All I needed was a couple of coats of my favorite color.
