Procedure

We start by cutting the wood according to the measurements that we give to our garbage can, in this case the measurements were 41.5 cm high, 33 cm wide and 22 cm deep.

For the cube

• 4 pieces of 22 x 3.5 cm

#3 At this point you have prepared the front and sides of the cube.

We finish assembling the sides with the fronts of the cube, to do this we make them fit and hold them with clamps to work more comfortably.

#4 For the base, we will use the pieces cut to measure 19 x 7.5 and 30 x 3.5 cm.

The form of union is the same as that used in the previous steps.

#5 We insert the floor, which we assembled in the previous step, into the bottom of the cube and secure it with studs or nails to the rest of the cube's structure.

#6 We assemble the lid of the bucket, for this we will use the pieces cut in the previous step, and the same joining method that we have used throughout the project: carpenter's glue and studs or nails.

#7 Finishing assembling our trash can, in the absence of painting, varnishing and placing a handle.

Finally, we place the handle on the lid, the way to attach it to the wood will be with some screws.
