Step by step:
#1. Cut the boards
Using a saw, cut the 2 oak boards into 4 pieces of 60 cm. As each board measures 1.20 m, you have to cut them in half.

#2. Assemble the box
Join the 4 60 cm pieces with corner clamps, countersink in each corner so that the heads of the screws are hidden, apply cold glue on the edges and secure with 2" coarse thread galvanized screws.

#3. Cover the screws
Using the spatula, apply oak-colored retape paste over the heads of the screws. Remove the excess with the spatula and let it dry.

#4. Sand
Pass the sandpaper over the dry paste to polish, and also in the corners to eliminate chips and imperfections.

#5. Cut the dowel
Using a hand saw, cut the dowel into 5 pieces of 3.5 mm and 5 pieces of 15 mm.

#6. Make the perforations
To put the hooks on the coat rack you have to make 5 holes every 10 cm, using a 16 mm trowel drill.

#7. Glue the dowels
Using a brush, put cold glue inside the holes and stick a 3.5 cm dowel in each hole. Let dry 2 hours.

#8. Put the hooks
- Apply a little Montack transparent adhesive on each dowel and place the copper elbows that will be the hooks of the coat rack. The adhesive dries quickly, so you have to immediately leave them all facing up.
- Using the same adhesive, stick the 15 mm piece of the dowel inside the elbow, so that the hook remains closed.

#9. Protect
- Mask the copper hooks to avoid dirtying them.
- Apply clear lacquer to pyroxylin, diluted with 50% Duco. Give 2 coats of protection.

#10. Set the bar
- At the bottom of the box, the one that will face the ground, put a hanging bar. To do this, cut 1 piece of 40 cm Alusystem tube with an iron saw.
- Screw an Alusystem bracket into the box, put one side of the tube on the bracket, and secure the second bracket with el other end of the tube fitted.

#11. Hang the coat rack
- On the back of the coat rack, screw 2 closed eyebolts, one on each edge and at the same height.
- Attach 2 square eyebolts to the wall, respecting the measurements of the coat rack and the location of the closed eyebolts.
- Hang the coat rack on the square eyebolts.
