2. A 60-year-old mother shared that her daughter is married to a Spanish guy. The couple lives in the USA but frequently visits Europe and Spain.

This is not okay. Why does OP think it is okay to tell her daughter about what she should do with her life? She shouldn’t have let her get married and have kids if she wanted to control the way she lived her life. OP’s daughter has her own family now and she is in a complete position to take decisions for her own family. OP has no right over where they go for vacation. OP is an AH that is for sure but an even bigger one for going shopping through her son-in-law’s laptop.
