Start making the storage cover frame (seat part). We use red oak (very strong wood), so you won't need to use a thicker and wider board.

Use leftover nylon strips or you can buy them. If using plywood, use 3 or 4″ foam.

Step 9# instructions:

Measure and cut the foam, use adhesive glue and staple the sides. Make sure the fabric pattern is distributed proportionally.

Step 10# instructions:

Add the foam on the backing. Cover the backing and the short front side of the box with fabric keeping in mind the pattern design.

Step 11# instructions:

Place the hinges. Make holes in the fabric to tieScrew first so you don't pull the fabric when you insert the screws. And lastly, attach the clear coated legs, then you will have your comfortable piece of furniture that will last a long time.
