Ingredients for air fryer roasted potatoes
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 cubes of softened butter
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- Fresh rosemary sprigs

How to make roasted potatoes in an air fryer
The first thing we have to do is wash 3 medium potatoes, dry them well and make a slightly deep longitudinal cut but without cutting the potato in half.

We spread the potatoes with 1 cube of tempered butter, put them inside the air fryer basket and manually program a temperature of 200 ℃ and 45 minutes of cooking time.

Halfway through cooking, we open the pot and turn the potatoes over so that they finish roasting evenly on all sides.

Once the cooking time is over, we open the potatoes a little more and add a few more cubes of butter inside, season them with salt and pepper, and to flavor them we add a little fresh rosemary all over their surface.
