With just a few ingredients, no ice, a blender, and a fork, you can make a sweet and refreshing homemade mango granita, very different from the classic lemon version.

Thanks to the mango's fleshy texture, we'll achieve a very smooth granita, similar in texture to a sorbet. You can prepare this recipe with ripe mango, as we have done, or you can also use green mango, which is very popular in Latin America and will yield a less sweet granita.
