Mango lassi has many variations. For example, some versions add other fruits like banana or papaya. In terms of presentation, it can be served sprinkled with ground cardamom, as we have done, or with a few mint leaves or chopped pistachios.

A regular blender will work for this recipe, although if your blender isn't very powerful, you can crush the ice cubes before blending them by wrapping them in a clean cloth and smashing them with a hammer.



We used fresh mango, but you can opt for frozen mango chunks. It's a good idea to keep a bag in the freezer so you can enjoy this lassi nice and cold.
