A regular blender will work for this recipe, although if your blender isn't very powerful, you can crush the ice cubes before blending them by wrapping them in a clean cloth and smashing them with a hammer.
We used fresh mango, but you can opt for frozen mango chunks. It's a good idea to keep a bag in the freezer so you can enjoy this lassi nice and cold.
If the mangoes you use are ripe and sweet, you won't need to sweeten the drink much. We advise you to taste it after blending and add more honey (or sugar if you prefer that over honey) before serving. For an even cooler drink, fill the glass with ice cubes before serving.

How to make mango lassi
