Spinach Pasta Ingredients
- 150 g macaroni
- Salt
- 20 g butter
- 125 g bacon strips
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g spinach leaves
- 75 g cream cheese
- 30 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Ground black pepper

How to Make Spinach Pasta
Boil 150 g of macaroni in plenty of salted water following the manufacturer's instructions.

Heat 20 g of butter in a pan and lightly brown 125 g of bacon strips and 1 minced garlic clove for 2 minutes; it shouldn't get too crispy.

Add 200 g of chopped spinach leaves and cook for 3 more minutes, until they release their water.

Add 75 g of cream cheese and 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Depending on the bacon used, it might not be necessary to add more salt.

Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Serve immediately.
