Ingredients for Prawn, Avocado, and Mango Tartare (for 2 people)
- 24 prawns
- ½ avocado
- ½ mango
- 1 ají limo chili pepper
- 3 limes
- ½ red onion
- Cilantro

How to make Prawn, Avocado, and Mango Tartare
Peel and clean the prawns. Finely chop them and soak them in the juice of 3 limes. Next, dice the red onion and avocado into a fine brunoise.
Add them to the bowl with the prawns. Add the cilantro and chopped ají limo chili, season with salt and pepper, and marinate until the prawns start to change color. About 5 minutes.

Dice the mango and, using a ring mold, plate it.

Drain the prawns along with the rest of the ingredients and add them on top of the mango.

Remove the ring mold and decorate with thinly sliced onion, lime, and cilantro.
