- 200g fresh spinach
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- 200g spaghetti
- 50ml pasta cooking water
- 40g butter
- Parmesan cheese (to taste)
- Nutmeg (to taste)

How to make spaghetti with spinach
We start by washing 200g of spinach, draining it well, and setting it aside until needed. We wash and halve 150g of cherry tomatoes and set them aside in a container until ready to use.

Next, we cook the spaghetti. To do this, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add 200g of spaghetti and cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer.
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander, reserving 50ml of the cooking water. Then, rinse the spaghetti in cold water to stop the cooking process and set aside to drain.

In a large frying pan or wok, over medium-low heat, melt 40g of butter, add the chopped cherry tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Next, add the spinach and sauté the mixture for about 3 minutes.

Once the vegetables are sautéed, add the spaghetti and grated Parmesan cheese to taste. Mix everything well, and if it seems too dry, add some of the reserved cooking water.

Finally, we add a pinch of grated nutmeg and mix again to blend the flavors well.

Once all the ingredients are combined, serve the spaghetti on plates. Optionally, you can add more grated cheese and nutmeg to each plate according to your taste.
