For this spinach salad, we've chosen a combination of ingredients that, while simple, results in a truly delicious dish. First, we've swapped out the typical lettuce for fresh spinach.
Furthermore, we're going to add pear, cheese, walnuts, and a light mustard dressing. With just these few ingredients, we'll achieve a very interesting flavor combination with an exquisite result.
In any case, you can customize this salad to your liking and substitute the pear for apple, add a handful of cranberries or raisins instead of the walnuts, use any other type of cheese, or make any other substitution or addition you can think of to create a salad to your taste.
To prepare it quickly and easily, we can have the ingredients ready in advance and mix it just before serving, to prevent the spinach from wilting.
