Even though they look adorable, they make great guard dogs. And there is a reason you will only see german shepherds in the police. Because not only do they have an impossible sense of smell, they are also quite adaptable and are able to follow their owner’s command without any issue. So there is no surprise as to why we love german shepherds.

You might think that all the above traits don’t make this breed a great family dog but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. They can be quite affectionate if the need calls for it and, they’re very soft towards children. If you take care of your dog, they will do the same wholeheartedly as they do not have one bad bone in their body.
