And I truly mean it when I say insane. I understand that sometimes you can’t contain your anger, but it’s not acceptable to let loose when speaking with any type of employee. They are only there to do their job and not to listen to your complaints and insults. That is typical Karen behaviour. And you’d think that once someone tells them to stop, they’d listen, but they never do. And that is exactly what is happening in this instance.

Karen, you see, was going mad over the phone call with the rental firm, cursing the manager mercilessly. After all of the employee’s efforts to resolve the situation, it was discovered that the folks on the phone had made a mistake and were at the incorrect address. Karen did not apologise and continued to act insane even after that. As you might expect, the manager was fed up with the nonsense and decided to take action.

This is also a long story so we start off with some background information on this person’s job.

This is when she got a call from a Karen and everything went downhill quickly.

The Karen was adamant about being right and wouldn’t let anyone speak.

But as it turns out, they were the ones who made a mistake.

Now everything would have been fine if she had been nice from the start.

Or even apologized profusely but that isn’t what happened.

So the employee did exactly what she said she would do.

She terminated their contract.

And the husband was livid not at the employee but at his wife.

I’m glad Karen got what she deserved, but I feel bad for her husband. But it appeared that he needed this in order to see the truth about his wife. I’d feel bad because she was crying, but it was probably an act because she had been called out on her horrible behaviour. None of this would have happened if she had simply been understanding and kind. I hope the husband finds someone better to spend his life with than this woman.

Honestly, she deserved all that after her behaviour.
