How to make a wooden wall for the television, but most of them are not very pleasant to look at, for that reason in Perfect Ideas we will show you an incredible project that you can do yourself using wooden slats and some adhesive LED strips.
Wooden wall

This is my IKEA TV stand, it's about 15 years old, wobbly and doesn't have much to look at. It will be replaced by a new wall-mount television installed on a floating false wall with LED backlighting and a floating electronics casing.

Instructions

To support the weight of the TV wall, a 2x6 French staple was made, and doubled on three nails. The heads of the lag bolts have been recessed so that the hanging wall can be flush with the bracket.
A steel frame is then joined and welded together from an angle iron. The frame was made of "1 1/2 x 1/8" angle iron, with a 3/16 plate supporting the hangers. The hangers were also made with angle iron, the back was scored, and hammered until they were at 45 degrees, then they were welded where the score had opened.

He wanted a backlight, so he added LED strips installed on the frame.

Bought some adhesive LED strips to backlight the wall.

Next, the wood I use is regular 3D wood, sourced from Lowes-Top Choice Whitewood S4S Pine. It was cut to size and the "good side" was sanded with an orbital sander to smooth the surface and polyurethane was placed.
After applying some polyurethane finish, he got to work screwing the plates into the frame.

When all the boards are joined together, it's time to hang this beauty upstairs.

It was too heavy for him to lift by himself, but his transmission jack turned out to be perfect for the job.

In order to keep your TV's electronic accessories out of sight, it is soldered into the shape of a box.

Then a smaller mount was created for the case that attaches directly to the wall.

With fixing bolts it is secured in a strong and resistant way.

Then came the fun part, finally setting up the TV!

The only thing left to do was complete the box so the remaining boards will help in this case.

And for the front door of the box, he installed some hinges to the board.

After all the pieces are stained, they are screwed to the bracket.

After connecting everything, it will be ready for you to enjoy a good movie.

Not only does he have an amazing TV wall now, his living room has a rustic feel.

The final finish is truly incredible.
