Since the weight of mangoes varies depending on the variety chosen, we have also indicated the amount of pulp needed for the recipe in grams. This way, it will also be useful if you use frozen mango chunks.
The lime juice is optional, although we believe that the acidic touch of lime goes very well with it to balance the sweetness of the mango. You can squeeze a lime or use bottled lime juice. If you use a lime, freeze the leftover juice for use in other preparations.

Mango Sorbet Ingredients
- 1 mango (400 g of pulp)
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of honey

How to Make Mango Sorbet
Wash and peel 1 mango and remove the pit. Cut the pulp into pieces. We will need 400 g of mango pulp for this recipe.

Squeeze the lime. Blend the mango with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and 1 tablespoon of honey.

Spread this mixture into a flat, freezer-safe container, so that it has very little thickness. This way the mixture will freeze faster and it will be easier to break into pieces once frozen. Keep the mixture in the freezer for 6 hours.

After the freezing time, cut the frozen mango pulp into pieces.

Blend the frozen pieces little by little.

Once blended, return it to the freezer for about 2 hours and then it's ready to serve.
