 Step 1 instructions

Place the drill on a plate : 

Screw drill into 5" x 6" plate with two conduit clamps.

Cut the 2"x1" socket as pictures, screw the top piece to the back of the 5"x6" plate and glue it with 1" long 2" tubing.

 Step 2 instructions

Assemble the base frame: 

Glue the drill base frame with 3/4" tubing and tubing. Glue the 3/4" long 20 1/8" pipe as the main post, make sure it is 90 degrees vertical to the base frame.

Cut a 1" x3/4". ferrule, glue the top piece onto the 1"x3/4" tee and slide it onto the end of the main pole.

 Step 3 instructions

Create parts and assemble: 

Cut two 1" x 3/4" sockets into three pieces as shown in the image. We only need the top piece and the second piece.

Polish their inner diameter with a drill until they can slide very easily over those two poles (3/4").

 Step 4 instructions

Make the parts and assemble the handle: 

Cut the 3/4" cross on each side 7/16" and glue two 3/4" tubes 1/2″ long on both sides, then glue this part on the subpolar at 90 degrees to go down from 1" cross, glue 5" long 3/4" tube on it.

 Step 5 instructions

Create parts and assemble:

Sand two 3/4" tees until they can easily rotate on a 1" cross bore as shown in the pictures. Glue 1/2" long 3/4" pipe (Class200pe grade) on both sides of these two "tees."

Base board:

Screw 9 1/2" x 8 1/2" plate into base frame. We recommend using countersunk. If you only need a drill press, the PVC drill press is already finished

 Step 8 instructions

Make a rubber stop: 

To give it more functions, buy a rubber stopper at the hardware store, drill a hole in the center, put in a screw and hold in the hand drill.

 Step 9 instructions

Drill a hole in a plug3/4" and screw with the rubber. Glue the 1" x 3/4" fpt bushing onto a 1" cross of the slide piece, screw on the stop rubber.

When you need to do work on the router or in the sand, screw the plug by tightening the rubber plug with the subpolar.
